У сфері охорони довкілля правові підстави та вимоги до процесу наближення (апроксимації) законодавства України до права Європейського Союзу визначено як базовими міжнародно-правовими нормами двосторонньої співпраці, так і нормами національного законодавства. У контексті євроінтеграційних процесів актуальність проблеми досягнення екологічної рівноваги у вітчизняному аграрному виробництві призводить до формування концепції підприємницької діяльності, яка поєднує еколого-економічні, соціальні аспекти їх розвитку й враховує відповідні функціональні особливості
