One of the promising directions in the technology of high-category seed potato production is the use of plant growth regulators, liquid phosphorus fertilizers, and foliar fertilization in combination with modern irrigation systems. In particular, gibberellic acid activates physiological and biochemical processes in plants, stimulates tuber sprouting, enhances the growth of above-ground biomass and the root system, and affects tuber formation. The aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of applying a plant growth regulator, foliar phosphorus fertilization, and drip irrigation in increasing the seed productivity of basic seed potatoes under the conditions of the Southern Polissia of Ukraine. It was found that pre-planting treatment of tubers with gibberellic acid (50 mg/t) in combination with foliar fertilization using the liquid phosphorus fertilizer Combiphos (5 l/ha) and drip irrigation provided a significant increase in yield and stem density. Under the combined effect of these agronomic practices, the yield of seed-size tubers reached 44.5 t/ha in the Myroslava variety and 41.6 t/ha in the Rodynna variety, which was 9.7 and 9.3 t/ha higher than the control, respectively
