КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО РОЗУМІННЯ ПРИРОДИ CІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКОЇ КООПЕРАЦІЇ В УКРАЇНІ

У статті аналізуються базові проблеми побудови та розвитку сільськогосподарської кооперації, запропоновані у вітчизняній науці в 90-х рр. XX – в перші два десятиріччя XXI ст. Висвітлюються засади і форми її організації, механізми впливу на різні сфери суспільного життя українського суспільства, а також шляхи взаємодії та співвідношення з державою та її інститутами. Проаналізовано соціальні наслідки реалізації завдань сільськогосподарської кооперації. Представлено бачення в вітчизняній науці переваг та слабких сторін різних форм кооперації (виробничої, обслуговуючої, споживчої). Сільськогосподарська кооперація та кооперативи розглядаються як феномени, котрі мають значення більш вагоміше для суспільного й державного розвитку в цілому і не зводяться тільки до вирішення економічних питань. Представлено розуміння співвідношення понять «кооператив» та «підприємство», ігнорування та підміна яких веде до деформацій в розумінні сутності кооперації та механізмів її ефективного функціонування. Відображено базові основи дискусії в вітчизняній науці щодо характеру і структури об’єднань в сфері сільськогосподарської кооперації. Визначальні риси функціонування сучасної вітчизняної сільськогосподарської кооперації розглядаються у нерозривному зв’язку з процесами в сільськогосподарській кооперації в США, Канаді, країнах Європейського Союзу, з врахуванням історичних традицій її розвитку в Україні
