Вміст мікроелементів у плазмі крові, молоці та волосяному покриві молочних корів

Метою роботи було проаналізувати рівень надходження мінеральних речовин з кормами, дослідити вміст мікроелементів (Fe, Cu, Co, Zn, Mn, Se) у плазмі крові, молозиві та волосяному покриві корів у перші дні після отелення для встановлення забезпеченості ними тварин. Лабораторні дослідження Феруму у плазмі крові, молозиві та волосяному покриві корів показали, що його вміст знаходився у всіх досліджуваних тварин на високому рівні. Кількість Купруму у плазмі крові, молозиві та волосяному покриві корів вказувала на добре забезпечення ним тварин, що може пояснюватися згодовування преміксу зі сполуками Cu під час сухостійного періоду. Вміст Кобальту у плазмі крові корів був нижче встановлених фізіологічних значень (0,22±0,053 мкмоль/л), а у волосяному покриві знаходився на нижній фізіологічній межі (0,14±0,012 мг/кг), що є ознакою недостатнього надходження Со в організм. Кількість Цинку у плазмі крові, молозиві та волосяному покриві знаходився на фізіологічному рівні, попри те, що корови не отримували Zn з преміксами. Отже, забезпеченість Цинком з кормів задовольняє потреби тварин. Вміст Мангану у плазмі крові корів був низьким (0,63±0,021 мкмоль/л). Манган корови не отримували додатково до раціону з преміксами, тому протягом часу лактації може посилюватися його дефіцит в організмі. Вміст Селену у плазмі крові корів після отелення показував низькі показники (0,39±0,045 мкмоль/л). У молозиві вміст Se був вищим порівняно з плазмою крові (2,9±0,55 мкмоль/л). У волосяному покриві корів кількість Селену дорівнювала 1,44±0,130 мг/кг. Низькі показники Se у крові корів після отелення, а також відсутність його додаткових включень у раціони дійних тварин може спричинити дефіцит Селену в організмі під час лактаційного періоду.
