The article presents the results of a study on the morphological transformation of a light-gray forest surface-gleyed soil profile under 61 years of agricultural use, in a long-term stationary field experiment established in 1965. The study aimed to determine changes in morphological characteristics associated with prolonged agricultural impact, fertilization, and liming systems. Research was conducted in 2026 at the beginning of the 12th rotation of a four-field crop rotation. Six treatments were studied: unfertilized (control); periodic liming with 1.0 n CaCO₃ HA; 10 t of manure on ha; organo-mineral systems with N65P68K68 and N30P34K34 combined with 1.0 n CaCO₃ HA; and systematic application of N65P68K68. Six soil profiles were examined using morphogenetic and comparative-analytical methods, and horizon color was determined using the Munsell scale. Long-term agrogenic impact resulted in complex transformation of the profile morphology, expressed in changes in color, humification, distinctness of genetic horizon boundaries, and eluvi-illuvial differentiation. The color of the AEg arable and AEg sub-arable horizons remained stable across treatments (10YR 6/3). The most pronounced changes occurred in the Ehg, Beg, and Bg horizons. Organic promoted darkening and a stronger visual manifestation of humus in the upper profile. Whereas organo-mineral systems with CaCO₃ produced less distinct horizon boundaries. The greatest color transformation occurred in the Bg horizon, characterized by lightening and a hue shift from 10YR to 2.5Y. The results demonstrate the long-term agrogenic transformation of morphological properties in acidic, low-fertility soils and highlight the role of fertilization and liming in shaping chemical profile differentiation.
